1. What products do you sell?

We offer both physical books (hard copies) and digital e-books designed to help children learn, grow, and develop important life skills.

2. How long does delivery take?

Physical Books:

  • 5–10 business days nationwide (South Africa)
  • 7–12 business days for outlying areas

E-Books:

  • Delivered via email instantly or within 24 hours

3. How will I receive my e-book?

Your e-book will be sent directly to your email address after purchase.

If you don’t see it:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Contact us if it’s still missing

4. Can I get a refund on an e-book?

No. Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All e-book purchases are final and non-refundable

Exceptions only apply if:

  • You were charged incorrectly, or
  • You did not receive your file

5. Can I return a physical book?

Yes, under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • You must request a return within 7 days of delivery

6. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Send clear photos

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost

7. Can I cancel my order?

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped
  • Once processed, cancellations are no longer possible

8. Do you offer tracking for orders?

Yes. Once your physical order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments through trusted payment providers. All transactions are encrypted and safe.

10. What if I entered the wrong address?

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it
  • If it has already shipped, we cannot guarantee changes

11. Do you ship outside South Africa?

Currently, we focus on nationwide delivery within South Africa.
