Return and Refund
At Bright Mind Kids, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Physical Books – Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for physical books under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used or damaged items (not due to our error)
- Items returned without prior approval
Return Process:
To request a return, please contact us at:

Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
If your return is approved:
- You will receive return instructions
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect)
2. Refunds (Physical Products)
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos as proof
We will:
- Replace the item at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund if replacement is not possible
4. Digital Products (E-Books) – No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products:
- All e-book purchases are final and non-refundable
- Once an e-book has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged
This policy is in place to prevent misuse and unauthorized distribution.
5. Exceptions for Digital Products
Refunds for e-books may only be considered if:
- You were charged incorrectly, or
- You did not receive your e-book after contacting support
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider
- Then contact us at support@brightmindkids.co.za
7. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped
- Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled
